You can return your item(s) purchased from Bird Dog of the Day up to 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange to be eligible for a return. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

• Bulk orders or multiple orders being returned by the same individual may require a restocking fee.

• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items marked Final Sale. 

• Customized products and custom printed products are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the purchase price of the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at birddogoftheday@gmail.com and we will be glad to send you a shipping label to exchange or return your defective items. No discounts may be stacked on any products. Items purchased on sale may be exchanged at their sale value.
