Shipping policy

What shipping options do you offer?

Our standard shipping option is USPS Ground, and you’ll receive a tracking link for all orders — except for orders that only contain decals. We’re a small team (1 employee) but have fulfillment partners in a couple locations, where most of our product line is made to order. *Unless otherwise noted on product pages*, please allow:

  • Tumblers (coffee tumblers, wine tumblers, can coolers + BBQ sets) 
    • Ships from Lewistown, Montana.
    • Ships within 3-5 business days (M-F).
  • Everything Else 
    • Glassware - any order containing glassware ships in 4-6 business days (M-F)
    • Apparel (shirts + hoodies) - any order containing apparel ships in 4-8 business days (M-F)
    • Orders without glassware/apparel (containing any of: decals/ornament/Christmas cards/posters/prints/hats/coasters, etc) ships in 2-5 business days (M-F)

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, we only ship to the 50 United States.

Do you offer shipping to PO Boxes?

Yes! We can ship via UPS for orders with a PO Box as the delivery address.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping for orders of $149 or more in the Lower 48 U.S. states.

How long should it take to ship my order?
We truly appreciate your support and patience. Because each order is handcrafted by our small team, please see shipping processing times above. Most items are made to order (made once an order comes in), hence the longer times. This is separate from shipping transit time, which will depend on your location in the US. Holidays and weekends are excluded from this estimate and may affect delivery.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’re happy to help — but once the package is on its way, we can’t make changes. (We’ll do our best to notify you when it ships.)

This isn’t a cookie-cutter warehouse job; we’re picking, packing, and inspecting every order ourselves. By building in a little more processing time, we make sure your order gets the attention and care it deserves.
